Dance to the sizzling rhythms of Salsa, Cha Cha, Merengue and more. Sculpt and tone your body in this high-energy, fat-blasting PARTY! Dance experience is not required, just a willingness to ditch the workout and join the party! The class is NOT progressive so you can join in anytime. Participants are free to exercise at their own intensity and to modify the moves to suit their fitness level. The goal of the class is to have FUN. Burn between 500-1000 calories in just ONE hour.
